His skeletal remains were found under the kitchen floor of his home. The investigation revealed that his beautiful wife, Ruby, was having an affair with her former lover, Imran. She was dissatisfied with her married husband. To conceal this secret, she had Samir murdered and buried his body in the home. According to the police, the accused woman was dissatisfied with her husband. Therefore, she preferred to live at her parents’ home, quarreling with her in-laws, to remain dependent on her lover, Rehman.
A sensational case has emerged from the Fatewadi area of Ahmedabad. The mystery of the disappearance of Sameer Bihari, who went missing nearly a year ago, has finally been solved, but the truth that emerged is no less than a film story. Sameer’s body was found buried beneath the kitchen floor of his own home.
The Crime Branch investigation revealed that Sameer was murdered by his wife, Ruby Bihari, and her alleged lover, Imran Vaghela. According to the Crime Branch, when Sameer became aware of his wife’s affair, her estranged husband opposed it. Fed up with this, Ruby and Imran conspired to murder him. Crime Branch DCP Ajit Rajayan stated that for the past few months, the police had been noticing several irregularities in the case. Ruby was repeatedly changing her statements and her behavior was suspicious. Finally, a tip-off was received that Sameer had been murdered and his body was buried in the house.
The Crime Branch team, along with forensic experts, excavated the kitchen floor. During the excavation, a human skeleton was found beneath the floor. Now, a DNA test will be conducted on this skeleton to determine whether it truly belongs to Sameer. The investigation also revealed that the day after the murder, Ruby had the kitchen floor re-paved with concrete to erase any evidence. Two of Imran’s friends, who are currently absconding, were also involved in this work. Police have arrested Imran, while Ruby is being interrogated. Police suspect that more people may have been involved in the murder, who may have helped destroy evidence or mislead the police.
